Prism 8 + EOS 550D

Bonjour,
c'est mon premier post dans un mauvais français.
Pourquoi je ne peux pas trouver la liste des caméras APN?
Il y a quelqu'un qui peut m'aider?

Il n'y a pas de liste d'APN, tous les APN utilisent la meme interface logicielle.
Connecte le et essaie avec prism.

Thanks for your reply. I discovered just a minute after the post sent, the Canon DSLR items in the Camera menu, so I decided to take my first image at the scope with my new Canon EOS 550D.
Selecting the Canon DSLR acquisition (all the models) I got the Camera connected and ready to take one exposure. It was a complete disaster: the Canon disconnected abruptly,
Prism crashed and my EOS 550D went in error "ERR 70 Shooting is not possible due to an error. Turn the camera off and on again or re-install the battery"" . I have tried to follow the tip, but the problem
remains and now I am no more able to use the camera. Someone has got this error? If yes, how has solved it? Should it be related to Prism? I have searched on the web and found many discussions
related to this issue with many models of Canon DSLR cameras.
Thanks for some help and tips.

Prism has nothing to do with your camera failure, this is due to a bug into the camera firmware, please update it.
I have previously investigated (web) about this and you can find other topics into general photo web sites that have nothing to do with prism.

I have the same camera EOS 550D. It's work properly with PRISM V8.

Bonjour, qq infos ici qui m'ont été transmises, sur ce pb qui a mon avis est un bug dans le soft de CANON ou dans l'une de leur DLL que j'utilise comme simple client...
Je vous écris car j’ai eu un problème avec un EOS 500D et un logiciel qui utilise le SDK Canon (Prism) en astrophotogaphie...
Lors d’un changement de format d’image, le boitier a indiqué err70 et ne voulait rien savoir...
J’ai cherché quelques informations et d’un début indiquant SAV obligatoire j’en suis arrivé à une possible correction ”facile” sur des 5D mais inapplicable sur mon boitier... (pas de mode custom C1,C2,C3 ?)
La manipulation pour lancer l’appareil en mode CA (molette supérieure) trappe SDcard ouverte, déclencheur appuyé... permet d’avoir accès à un mode spécifique... (la manip complète est un peu compliquée)
C’est le seul mode qui permet au EOS-Utility de prendre la main sur le boitier (rien de possible en manuel), on change de mode (molette) et on peut alors changer le format (RAW par exemple)...
et c’est un miracle, le boitier accepte alors de re-fonctionner !!!
Cette erreur est à priori une erreur interne (firmware), à moins qu’une protection du SDK ne doivent empêcher un logiciel de demander ce format s’il n’est pas supporté...
Ayant corrigé le problème (je ne vais pas le reproduire “pour m’amuser” pour le moment...) avant d’en avoir informé Thomas Salomon (modif filtre il y a un an) ou le SAV Canon...
Je vais essayer de diffuser cette information car je pense que cela doit empêcher des retours SAV et des coûts inutiles !!!

Sorry for this late reply, but I has been in vacation.
Thanks very much for your replies. I am sure I'll enjoy with Prism 8 as soon as my camera will be repaired.
After my first post I have found many cases of this error happened with 550D or other Canon Eos cameras.
In some cases the error can be solved by a complex manouvre. In my case I am not able to solve it and to
reinstall the firmware.
