Atik One 6 + Prism

Bonjour,
Depuis un an que j'utilise Prism 10 avec une Sbig ST2000XM et une monture Taka EM 200 je n'ai jamais eu de soucis avec ce setup. Depuis peu j'ai fait l'acquisition d'une Atik One 6 et d'une Atik GP (neuves) et maintenant j'ai quelques problèmes que je n'arrive pas à résoudre.
Je suis sous Windows 10, ma version de Prism est la 10.4.1.518

Ma première question est très bête, est-ce normal que je doive configurer l'Atik One en tant que cam n°1et la GP en tant que cam n°2 avant chaque connexion? Dans le cas contraire, à la connexion Prism plante immédiatement.

En faisant la configuration des deux caméras avant la connexion Prism les reconnait correctement, hors mis que la température de l'Atik One chute brutalement à 0°c.. à chaque démarrage, je dois rapidement changer le seuil de température.. je n'avais pas ça avec la Sbig, au démarrage Prism se souvenait de la dernière température utilisée.

Et enfin, le vrai plantage arrive dès lors que je descends à -5°c et que je lance une pose.. qu'elle soit de 0.01 seconde ou plus, le téléchargement de l'image bloque et Prism ne répond plus.

Je n'ai pas ce problème quand j'utilise Artemis Capture, la gestion des deux caméras se fait bien ainsi que la descente et la montée de la température pendant que je fais des poses.. je suis perdu, ça me donne envie de pleurer

J'ai un peu le même genre de plantages, mais j'ai du mal à bien cerner le pb, avec une Atik 4000M et une Atik 16ic. J'ai la dernière version de Prism et des pilotes Atik.
je dois aussi faire le choix systématique des ports USB dans la config des caméras.
Parfois ça fonctionne et puis dès fois ca plante.

Essayer avec une seule camera.
Etre sur d'avoir les dernieres versions de drivers ATIK.
Essayer aussi en ASCOM ...

J'ai bien la dernière version de driver Atik, celle téléchargée sur leur site (SetupAtikCamerasUniversal-5.0.4.6)

Si j'essaye avec une seule caméra, comment vais-je autoguider..?

Je ne comprends pas "essayer aussi en Ascom" lors de l'installation d'Artemis les pilotes Ascom ont été installés..

Comment se fait-il qu'avec Artemis tout fonctionne et pas avec Prism 10?

Je viens de faire un nouvel essais, cette fois j'ai connecté les caméras avant la monture et je n'ai pas eu de plantage lors de la baisse de température. Cependant j'ai voulu lancer une séquence pour vérifier que tout allait bien et j'ai ces messages qui sont apparus:

j'avais activé le Log mais le document texte fait plus de 12 Mo..

Je ne suis pourtant pas le seul à utiliser ces caméras avec Prism, dans une des vidéos tuto il y a bien la One et la GP..

Il faut essayer de trouver la cause.
Essayer avec une camera pour voir si ca fait la meme chose ou pas.
Apres j'ai une atik one ici, je peux essayer des que possible.

Bonjour Cyril,
J'ai fait un essais ce matin avec la One sans la GP, j'ai connecté la caméra, rapidement changé la consigne de température, qui une fois encore chute à 0°c..! Ensuite connexion de la monture/focuser et j'ai lancé quelques poses.
J'ai baissé graduellement la température de 5°c en 5°c, en attendant 2min30 à peu près à chaque stabilisation de température, quelques poses de 0.1sec jusqu'à arriver à -10°c.
j'ai effectué 3 pointages dans le ciel depuis la connexion du setup (monture+caméra+focuser), l'ensemble répond correctement, pas de soucis pour le moment.
Comme jusque là tout allait bien, j'ai lancé une session de darks par le biais de l'onglet "images de calibration", 5 poses de 20sec à -10°c => RAS
Ensuite des Bias de 1ms, j'en ai demandé 5 et il ne m'en a fait que 3 => blocage à la lecture de la quatrième, pas de message d'erreur cependant mais blocage de la caméra.

J'ai mis une atik one 6 sur mon bureau et ca tourne, ss pbs.
j'ai fait 300 poses en boucles, et pas de pb.
La plupart du temps y a des pbs avec les cables USB et les hubs.
L'usb est une vraie plaie, c'est le systeme de transport le moins fiable qu'on aie inventé.

j'ai enlevé le pb de la temperature.

Quelle version du driver ATIK as tu ?

Y a un mecanisme de LOG du driver ATIK, mais je me souviens plus comment on l'active.

En début de sujet j'ai posté une image dans laquelle est inscrite la version du pilote, c'est la 1.43

J'ai téléchargé la mise à jour que vous m'avez indiqué, j'ai lu attentivement le fichier "comment faire", une fois le fichier prism.exe copié/collé (remplacé) dans le bon répertoire, Prism ne veut plus se lancer..
Après plusieurs tentatives j'ai dû réinstaller Prism avec une ancienne version et refaire la mise à jour.. donc le pb de la température à la connexion est toujours présent.
