PRISMV11 UPDATE ONLINE

Dear All,

How can i update prism (32bit and 64bit) when going to the online files ?

Strange problem: I have 2x WIN10 computers with prism. On my main computer, prism reconizes: There is a new version: so it is updates to version 111.4.22.39. ( Some days ago)
On my observatory computer i still have the old version 11.4.19.39, and when pressing "Mettre a jour PRISM par internet" it says: Pas de mise a joer disponible, vorte version est a jour"

So for some reason it does not find the new version online.

What files do i need to download from the online version to update my PRISM?

PS: Is anybody using PRISM 64Bit as during observations? As a equipment controller? Because i still have the same error that my dome rotates to north in 64 bit version and not in 32 bit.

Hello,

Yes I had both problems : update of Prism & dome searching the North ...
I have a PC in my dome (Pulsar) and I was working with Prism 64bits version : I think it is the root cause.

Since I moved back to 32bits, update is automatic and Pulsar dome works quietly.
