GPS receiver partially working

Hello,
I recently installed a GNSS GPS receiver under windows 10 and Prism v.11.
The satellites are detected but I don't see the full information in Prism. Maybe I am doing something wrong?

Also if this model is not compatible can you recommend a different model?
