Prism saves the sitelong and sitelat as follows:
09: SITELAT = '+44:17:30:99'
10: SITELONG = '28:33:40:99'
I am having trouble in other software that doesn't recognise this format.
Is It possible to change the fomat like :
09: SITELAT = '+44:17:30'
10: SITELONG = '28:33:40'

You can edit the FITS header with Prism (menu Edition)
If you need to modify a batch of files, you should use the script function SETHEADERSTRINGFITS to modify the FITS header.
In Prism, you can find the documentation of this function and a sample code.
